Ahead of tomorrow's iPhone 12 release, Apple has updated iMovie for iPhone and iPad with new features, including support for HDR videos. Apple also updated Garageband for iPhone and iPad with several changes along the same lines.

iMovie upgrades to iPhone 12

Apple says you can now import and share 60fps video, as well as view, edit, and share HDR video from your iPhone libraries. This comes when iPhone 12 supports recording video in 10-bit HDR quality.
