How to install the itsm app?

Itsme works with a smartphone and the first operation is to download the app from the app store, Google play or Huawei AppGallery.

Then you have to create your itsm account and to do so you have to use

Create your itsm account with your credit card

Start by encoding your GSM number in the application, then select your bank from the menu. You then follow the identification steps at your bank, using your credit card, a card reader and your card pin code.

You will then receive by SMS a 5-digit verification code, which you will have to type in the application. Then you choose your own 5-digit itsm code and confirm. At this point you can also activate touch ID or face ID if you want and if your smartphone has this feature.

Create your itsm account with your electronic identity card

With a computer, you have to go to itsme.be and enter your GSM number and e-mail address, and then accept the terms of use.

Then you have to connect the ID card reader to the computer, insert the card and then type in the PIN of the card. You will then receive an identification token (a series of letters and numbers).

Open the itsm app on your smartphone and encode your GSM number and then the login token. You will then receive by SMS a 5-digit verification code, which you will have to type in the application. Then you choose your own 5-digit itsm code and confirm.
