This Tuesday, Google will finally present, after several months of waiting, its new high-end smartphones, the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. Although almost everything is known about their design, features or prices, Mountain view has yet to reveal the features planned for these two phones.

Several rumors indicate, however, that the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will finally support the magic eraser, or magic eraser in good French. This Saturday, it was the Snoopytech leaker that released what seems to be a promotional video of the Pixel 6 highlighting the capabilities offered by the new smartphone Google tensor chip.

You can see a demonstration of this magic eraser in the Google photos app. Once the photo has been captured, this function allows you to remove certain elements from the photo by completing the rest of the picture so that it remains as realistic as possible. In the video, Google uses this feature to remove someone who appears behind a group selfie, but this is not the first time the builder has highlighted this feature. The magic eraser was presented for the first time in May 2017, at the Google I / O conference. In the example given by Google at the time, the feature could remove a grid from the foreground of a photo.

Instant translation and security also highlighted

In addition to this magic eraser, the video presents another expected feature on the pixel 6, the live translation of conversations, messages and text displayed on images. If this feature was already available on the brand's previous Pixel smartphones, it should work this time even if there is no Internet connection.

Finally, the last part of the video highlights the security center of Pixel 6, which will allow access to all sensitive data in his account, from passwords to the function to find his devices or the management of the fingerprint reader.
