You are a new user of MyCanal and you have not yet memorized your login and password to log in to it? Don't panic, there's a very simple way to get them back. For your login, just go to your customer area. Your username is indicated at the top right of the page. With regard to your password, if you have not saved it, you can change it by clicking on "forgotten password".
You will then have to enter the email address related to your MyCanal account. A reset email will then be sent to you with a link to which you will have to click to reset your password. If you do not receive the reset mail, make sure it has not arrived in your unwanted mail. If it is not there and you still haven't received it after an hour, contact a counsellor.
How do I access MyCanal on its TV?
You subscribe to MyCANAL and would like to enjoy this service on your TV and not just on your smartphone or tablet? To do this, you must have the right equipment. If you own a Samsung Smart TV, you can access the app directly from your TV menu. For the first time, you must link your MyCANAL account to your TV. To do this, just follow the instructions that will be given to you at the time of your first connection.
If you have a TV equipped with Android TV, you can download the MyCanal app directly from the Google play store. Once the application is installed, all you have to do is log in with your MyCANAL IDs. If you subscribe to Freebox, you can also access MyCANAL from the box menu. All you need to do is enter your IDs to link your account.
