No other brand has managed to grow as much as realme in the 5G mobile market in the last quarter of 2021.
It's not Samsung. Neither Xiaomi nor Apple: the fastest growing 5G smartphone market in the world is, in fact, according to the latest data from Counterpoint Research.
According to the latest report, the company managed to grow by 831% in the third quarter of the year compared to the same period last year. General mobile growth with 5G increased by 121% in the last quarter.
Despite this, realme still occupies the sixth position in the global 5G mobile market, where it remains for the second consecutive quarter.
The realme GT 5G is one of the latest high-end phones with 5G launched by the brand.

Currently, Apple continues to be the brand that has managed to sell the most 5G mobiles in the world, with others like OPPO; Samsung, Xiaomi or Vivo.
However, realme was the brand with the strongest growth in the last quarter, followed by its sisters OPPO and Vivo.
This is the 5G mobile market in the third quarter of 2021.
From the report, we know that most of realme's sales come from Europe, China and India. In the latter country, the brand's growth exceeded 9500%, despite the fact that the implementation of 5G networks is still in a preliminary phase.
In the case of Europe, analysts suggest that lower product prices have helped make 5G technology more accessible, boosting consumer acceptance of this new technology.
